Aabid Mir, from Bandipora, is the heart and soul behind Energym. He once worked in a major multinational company but decided to follow his passion for fitness. Aabid holds a BBA from Pune University and an MBA from the Institute of Management Studies in Dehradun.

What started as a personal journey to cope with stress turned into a mission to help others. Leaving his corporate job, Aabid founded Energym Unisex Crossfit Gym in 2019, which now boasts over 700 members. His dedication to fitness and community is evident in the variety of programs Energym offers, including strength training, boxing, MMA, yoga, and Zumba.

Aabid's story is a testament to the power of following one's dreams. His journey from the corporate world to becoming a fitness entrepreneur inspires many to pursue their passions and contribute positively to society.
